We're Combining Our Offices!

We hope this finds you and your loved ones well!

Roberts Accounting, CPAs, P.C. celebrated its 10th Anniversary this year, and with this milestone, we have reflected on our past growth and future goals. We have grown from just Pat Roberts as the sole advisor to a team of more than 15 employees, including Dan Basch, another dynamic partner, to lead our team. As always, we operate in a client-centric manner, and every decision we make revolves around how we can best serve you.

That being said, although this is a tough decision, we have decided not to renew our lease at our Hilton location. Consolidating our team allows us to utilize our specialties to collaborate, train and improve upon our tax and advisory services. Therefore, effective December 1, 2022, we will operate exclusively out of our Spencerport office in the Barefoot Landing Plaza at 2139 N. Union St. Ste 3, Spencerport, NY 14559, but be on the lookout for more exciting news in the Spring of 2023!

How will this decision impact you?

For most of you, this closure will not impact you at all. But for those of you who specifically rely on our Hilton office for drop-offs and pickups, we have a few options for you:

1. You can drop off at any time, day or night, at our Spencerport office. It is only 10 minutes south of the Hilton office on Route 259! We have a mail slot in our door where you can drop off your documents.

2. You can visit our website or call us to schedule a pickup of your documents.

3. You can send or receive your documents virtually and securely using our client portal. If you are not a current portal user, call us for assistance in setting up your account for a quick and easy solution!

What if your tax documents are currently in our Hilton office?

If you currently have documents in our Hilton office, we have taken great care to securely move all our files to our Spencerport office. Please call us to schedule a time to pick up any needed files.

We thank you for allowing us to be a part of the Hilton community for the last seven years. We cherish the relationships we have built and look forward to continuing to serve you as the premier tax and advisory CPA firm on the west side!
