Happy New Year! We truly hope you and your loved ones are well. As we gear up for the upcoming tax season, we want to start by saying thank you for your continued trust in us.

2022 has been a very active year for us at RAC! We have been fortunate to add some great new team members in order to offer additional value and service opportunities to our clients. Here are some proud moments we shared as a team this past year:

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary as a CPA Firm!

The last ten years have truly been a pleasure getting to know you and your families and serving you as your most trusted advisors. We are excited to work with you and or your business to make the next ten years your most successful!

Our affiliate company, TaxExact, Inc., made a lot of traction at the national and state level as a self-developed tax review software! Our Core Values:

All this excitement and growth made for a fun but challenging year. The last few years caused our work and home life priorities to temporarily shift to ensure the health and safety of our team and our families. As we got back to normal last year, we realized the best way to balance was to reinforce the core values on which we built the firm's foundation. Your needs are the epicenter of all our work, so in 2023, we want to reinforce what you can expect from us:

Important Notes:

• The RAC Hilton office is closed. We are now operating solely out of our Spencerport office to consolidate our team, streamline our workflow and increase our effectiveness.

• This tax season may be different. With the COVID-related tax benefits now behind us, you can expect that this year's tax results may differ from what you anticipate, so get organized early.

• We are streamlining our delivery. We recognize how busy you are, so we developed a new automated delivery process to streamline our delivery. You can now receive insights on your 2022 tax return that deliver high-level observations, considerations, and next steps via secure email to review as your schedule allows. If you are satisfied with the results, we will move forward with the E-Filing process. If you prefer to speak with one of our tax professionals, schedule a 15-minute follow-up call to discuss your results.
