Our annual letter and highlights from 2021.

Happy New Year! We truly hope you and your loved ones are well. As we gear up for the upcoming tax season, we just want to start by saying thank you for your continued trust in us. As always, it is our primary goal to offer our communities professional services with a friendly and personalized experience! So, we very much appreciate the opportunity to continue working with you and anyone you refer to us!

A lot has happened here at RAC. We have been fortunate to add some great new team members in order to offer additional value and service opportunities to our clients. Here are just a few quick updates to keep you in touch with your RAC team and services:

Lisa Sill has a new role! Many of our 1040 tax clients have had the pleasure of working with Lisa over the last few years so we would like to let you know that she has taken on a different but exciting role! While still working closely with our RAC team, she has accepted a position as the Research and Development Coordinator for our affiliate company, TaxExact™ (If you have not yet heard of this exciting and innovative tax verification tool that Pat and the team have been developing, feel free to learn more at www.TaxExact.com).

Welcome, Steve Kunkle, CPA, MBA! As the newest CPA to the RAC team, we are excited to have Steve join our team! As an experienced tax accountant and Hilton resident, Steve is looking forward to assisting clients in both our Hilton and Spencerport offices this tax season. Dan Basch became a partner at RAC!

We are excited to announce that our very own Daniel Basch, CPA became a Partner of RAC last fall! Pat and Dan have worked together for almost 7 years now and felt this was the right move for our clients and the company.

Dan was on a roll this year! To top off the accomplishments he had in 2021, Dan was recognized as a 2021 Emerging Leader by the NYS Society of CPAs!

And more recently, our very own Pat Roberts was named 2021’s Alumni of the Year at Brockport College!

Cryptocurrency Consulting.

This year, we also launched a new blockchain consulting service that is designed to offer guidance and education around cryptocurrency tax laws and opportunities. Whether you are a crypto pro, or just curious about the potential of this new type of investment, we are here to act as a trustworthy resource! Headed by Pat Roberts and Liam Mears, we are launching an interactive platform on our website that will offer you the chance to subscribe to news, blogs, FAQs, and a podcast! Stay tuned!
