Authorization: When you upload your information, you are stating that this information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You hereby acknowledge that you fully understand all parts of our engagement letter found here, as well as your
responsibilities as the discloser of information relating to form 1099.

Fee: Base cost to prepare this form is $50, plus $20 for every additional form 1099 filed. You will be invoiced when you receive your copies in the mail.
